How we can help
As an ICE member, if you experience the death of a loved one and are in need of practical or emotional support, we can help.
From organising the funeral to closing bank accounts and carrying out the terms of a will, there are often many decisions and arrangements to be made.
Our free helpline is available to support you whenever you need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
From counselling to specialist legal and financial advice, our trained advisors will point you in the right direction.
In addition to the telephone counselling service, in certain circumstances, we offer access to our network of face-to-face counsellors. In-person bereavement counselling will take place near your home. We offer up to six sessions.
