24/7 Helpline — Highly trained advisors & experts to offer comprehensive support and advice on a vast range of topics
Counsellors — All counsellors are highly trained and accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy
Single point of contact — Our Caseworker, Lindsay Howell assesses your application and is your main point of contact in the lead up to and post application for assistance
Home visits — A volunteer visitor may be sent to visit you in your home to discuss your situation in more detail after you have submitted an application
